If you determine that your information has been used illegally on this site, notify American Lawn Lights and your Credit Service immediately. Any unauthorized attempts to access or change information as well as to submit fraudulent information on this web site and server are strictly prohibited by law. All incidents will be investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the applicable law. Returns and Refunds Policy Shipping Damage: All American Lawn Lights replicas that are shipped utilize the United Parcel Service and are insured at full value. If your shipment arrives damaged, retain all packing materials used in the shipment and contact us immediately. We will handle all necessary procedures for insurance claims and arrange for a replacement replica as needed. You will not be responsible for return shipping fees for damaged merchandise covered by an insurance claim. Special Orders: By their nature, Special Orders are custom orders and returns and refunds will not be accepted. Featured Lights: If you are not satisfied with your replica lighthouse and need to return it for a refund, you must call us within five (5) days of receipt of the delivery for a RMA number. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and must insure the shipment at the same value as it was originally shipped (Full Value). Any returns without an appropriate RMA number will be refused. Returns must be shipped via United Parcel Service. Refunds will be applied in the form of the original sale within seven (7) working days from receipt of an authorized RMA numbered shipment. If you paid by Credit Card, your refund will be credited to that same Credit Card. Upon receipt at our facility, the replica lighthouse will be inspected for any damages. If it is received in original, saleable condition, a credit refund will be applied to your card in a timely fashion. If received damaged, you will be notified and a claim will have to be made with the carrier.
